Shipping Policy

You can choose at checkout whether you ship by regular post or express post. Once it leaves our hands, DMK Designs are not liable for any delayed, lost, stolen or damaged orders.

Your order will be shipped by Australia Post and our website will update you with tracking details. Shipping times will vary depending on service selected at checkout, time of year and your location.

International orders – DMK Designs is not liable for any customs charges that are charged by your country, nor do we have any control over any custom delays.

If you have given us an incorrect delivery address and your item is lost, DMK Designs are not liable for this. If your order is returned to as ‘not at this address’, we will charge a re-delivery fee to re-ship to the correct address.

Returns/Refunds Policy

Our graphics and seat covers are custom made specifically for you and cannot be returned/refunded.

Seat covers – On ordering, please make sure your order is correct i.e. colours and bike details.

Graphics – On ordering graphics please make sure all details on your order is correct. We recommend you choose to have a ‘proof’ be sent to you before going to print. Once you have approved the proof, the design is final and sent to print. Once your order goes to print it is too late to make changes. If you need something changed, we can reprint the piece but it would be at an additional cost.

Cancellation of order - Once we have received your order and we have started the design process, any cancelation or your order will incur a 20% design fee for our kits or 10% for smaller pieces to cover our time. The balance will be refunded back to method in which you paid.

Racewear/Apparel - If you need to exchange sizes, please let us know within 7 days. Items must be returned in the same new condition you receive them i.e. tags attached, undamaged packaging, and not used. If there is a defect please get in touch for further instructions.
